What is a voicethread?

Below is a voicethread that describes what it is. To quote "A VoiceThread is a collaborative, multimedia slide show that holds images, documents, and videos and allows people to navigate pages and leave comments in 5 ways - using voice (with a mic or telephone), text, audio file, or video (via a webcam)." You can log in to the Hong Kong Academy voicethread system at http://hka.ed.voicethread.com.

Hong Kong Academy set up

The voicethread account is managed by Andy (5AB). All student accounts are created at the start of the year. If you have a student leave and a new student join your class, email Andy so he can add that student to your class account.

Teachers Log In

Login - Your email address / Password - your first and surname (you should change on your first log in)
e.g. andrew.birch

Students Log In

Login - First name and class e.g. andy5ab / Password - hka(class) e.g. hka5ab
All HKA users must log in at http://hka.ed.voicethread.com.
